This summit aims to bring together community partners, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to advance patient-centered research that prioritizes the voices and traditions of African immigrants, ultimately enhancing their health and well-being.

The closest airport to the hotel is Boston Logan International Airport.

Yes, the hotel is 6 miles from the airport which is a 20 minutes’ drive.

The hotel does have a self-parking structure across the street, Motor Mart Garage, and parking costs $40 per day.

Our conference does have a room block with the hotel that comes at the discounted rate of $279 per night not including taxes. The deadline to book at this rate is July 15th.

Registration fees cover all conference activities as well as breakfast and lunch for both days.

No. Registration fees are non-refundable, but they can be transferred.

Scholarship applications are ongoing. The deadline for submitting the scholarship application is July 1st. Applicants will be notified of their status on July 8th.

The early bird discounted rate has been extended until July 15th. Regular registration rates will start July 16th.

If you miss the early bird deadline, you can still register at the regular rate.
